Why would anyone that supports the NDP vote to stay in Canada vs go with any independent Alberta???

NDP would clearly have more influence on policy and the potential to form government in an independent Alberta than in Canada.

Even on the low estimate, the Alberta Pension Plan returns more than the CPP. The median earner would earn 72% more in the APP than the CPP. It seems to be a clear choice.

No matter where you perceive yourself on the left-right political spectrum, If you are Albertan, Independence is the best option for your future.
You would have more control of political decisions that affect you and more money to spend on things that matter most to you and your family.

The senate is appointed, not elected, and the vast majority are Liberal appointees. Alberta will never be treated fairly in confederation. Alberta must separate from the failure called Canada

Amendments to the citizens initiative act are underway that will end court cases underway and place the discretion on any future court challenges with the minister instead of the chief electoral officer. It looks like the APP petition on separation from Canada may move forward shortly
