I can't tell for sure from the screenshot alone, because it lacks context, but most likely I would say yes. It seems like he was likely making an off-topic ad hominem remark about you instead of engaging on the issues, so I would say you won and would recommend you don't engage with that guy anymore

Local services including schools can be funded through consensual HOAs.

If you think violent robbery is necessary for local services like firefighters & roads, then I respect that reasonable view.
In my neighborhood we provide those services via a consensual HOA using literal signed contracts.
