They haven't grown any signs of a spine, don't get excited. That is the safest "vote" they will ever take. No way those files are being made public any time soon. Not with Bondi opening a "new" investigation. And if we do see anything, it'll be so heavily redacted as to be useless.

Ya know, I'm getting old(er). And I'm getting tired of fighting these same fights for everyone to have the rights promised by our Constitution. If the kids are willing to take over, be in charge, LET 'EM! They can't do any worse than previous generations. We fucked it up but good! Good luck, kiddos.

You can say this until you're blue in the face but I don't think our Congress believes (or understands) it. Why else would they talk about it every time they talk about the budget? SS is not a budget item! Cuts would not affect their spending. Their only job is to make it grow.

And what gets lost in all the talk of pedophilia is rape. Those girls were raped by powerful men because those men knew they could get away with it. They were abused and traumatized and had their free will taken away for money and it's not less horrific if they were 15 than if they were 5.
