I’ve only been to a salon once. I searched for an lgbtq friendly one one strandsfortrans.org. Found one not too far away. I have to say it was one of the most affirming things I have ever done! They were all so freaking awesome! Really need to go back soon!

I remember my first car. It got like 8 mpg. It had a giant V8 that was like 145 hp. With gas around $2.50 a gallon around here, I sure as fuck don’t want to drive another gas guzzler every day. Shits expensive enough as it is! Why the hell would I want to spend more money on stuff?

“Out running errands”. Why is it that the first thing I imagined was you and the wife running away from the errand zombie hoard that was chasing you. My brain is really weird.

While Disco isn’t my favorite, Lower Decks, Picard, Strange New Worlds and Starfleet Academy wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for Disco.

Nothing brings out the arm chair welders like internet comments. Everyone’s an expert on the internet.

What makes you a good welder is, oh I don’t know, being a good tucking welder!

Jelico is another good one. Kinda hated him at the time but came to appreciate him over the years.

Our library has a used bookstore but it’s not very big. That being said, they had 3 different Trek books on the shelves. Too bad I already owned all 3. I’ll keep going to check back, though!

I would not be better off. I would feel it. The Jedi’s would feel it. I so wish I was closer because virtual hugs just don’t cut it. I’d make you find the corniest movie you could find and we’d watch it. Then another. And another.

Working nights was fine when I was younger but I don’t want to work nights anymore. I like sleeping at night too much.

After reading Color of Magic and Light Fantastic, I read Guards and Men at Arms. I figured I read the rest of the Watch series but then read Mort and now Reaper and I’m hooked on Death! I’ve got the last 3 Death books coming. They’ll be here Friday! But I do have several more in the meantime.

One more note on audio books. An audio book can be improved or destroyed by the narrator. I have a bunch of narrators who I love and some that are just horrible. Kevin R Free, Jefferson Mays and Ray Porter are some of my favorites.

When my eye sight started failing, I switched to audio books. I have a bunch of them that I love. Lately, with a good pair of glasses, I’ve gotten back into print books and have gotten a bunch lately. It’s also better while at work as I can’t use electronic devices. Just finished Reaper Man today.
