We got a cat! Adopted a 4 month old kitten from the humane society this morning. Shes still a bit skittish but she’s warming up to her new surroundings.

Yesterday was fine. A lot of people I didn’t know. I stayed near the kitchen to make sure everything was set up. Then was basically the one taking it down when it was over. Ended up with a ton of leftovers. Will freeze some of it. The rest, well here’s today’s lunch. A turkey pot pie.

I’m really tired of living a lie, hiding in the closet. I want to be myself. So, here’s what I’m gonna wear today. Fuck all the haters! This tranny made all of the mashed potatoes and the turkey and she looked good doing it!

Just went to the grand reopening of the Kansas State History Museum. Got to watch the whole ceremony, speeches and a performance by a Native American. Was actually interesting. And the museum looks very nice.

Dinner tonight. Egg fried rice with stir fry veggies and some orange chicken. She didn’t appreciate the red pepper flakes but I thought it was pretty good.
Also having a slice of pumpkin cheesecake we got from Aldi. Also pretty good.

I’m not musical. I have no artistic talent. I’m not very creative. And I’m not professional welder. But I can stick some pieces of metal together to make something useful. Here, I’m making the start of what’s going to be a grapple for my tractor. This is gonna be much cheaper than buying one.

Ran and got some craft stuff for my girls for a school project. Got a few groceries. And then helped (read, me do all the work) my mom clean more junk out of her garage and donate what I could. I’m pretty pooped and I still have to make dinner and do the dishes.

Made dinner tonight. The kids didn’t seem to interested in it. Roasted butternut squash, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, carrots, celery, garlic, spinach. In a pot and blend with vegetable stock and heavy cream. Used some sourdough for dippers. Was pretty good.

After taking a shower this morning, walked into the wife’s (unsupportive) closet and went looking to see if she had anything that I could wear. We are roughly the same size so I had hopes. Well, this is what I came up with. Tank top and jeans along with one of her bras and a pair of panties.
