An extraordinary evening with friends and colleagues in Victoria, celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Supreme Court of Canada. SCC Chief Justice Richard Wagner was inspiring - the Rule of Law is not self-sustaining. In these uncertain times, it requires all of us to defend and uphold.
