I have included the shield priority list, this is useful. I still wouldn't encourage beginner SCHs to spreadlo off of MT for various reasons, the main one being that it requires hyper vigilance and fight knowledge when the OT has free (non auto) uses of Ramp available.

In the case of needing to Lustrate for low HP, this is covered via emergencies only. Lustrate is 100p lower than Indom (flat AoE heal) and again, co-healers, even SGE, have a large array of raidwide healing coverage. If the SCH needs to Lustrate, there is a lack of planning or helping going on.

If the tank is too high HP to pop excog, excog will still break regardless once the threshold is met, you want it to expire, so this becomes inefficient. In the case of needing 100% HP, the Pure should be covering this need for the SCH. Aetherflow stacks really need to be reserved for the other uses

Oh and to not forget: The WHM died to Cauterize because he didn't heal himself. You can't ask for consistency and accepting mistakes from new joiners if the old members aren't held to the same standard. We weren't asking for perfection, we're asking for basic level competency for an ultimate.

I dived the logs and Aquaveil (15% DR) and Taurochole (10% DR) are never once used on us in P6. The only Aquaveils were used on the WAR in P3 (when he Holmgangs) and P1 (when he Holmgangs.) You can't blame lack of tank mits for auto deaths if you're not even helping us live.
