Something I've gotten into lately is direct mentorship with green raiders to bridge the gap from casual -> hardcore. In light of that, I started working on a healer guide that touches on technical areas the Balance skips over because I find them more focused on DPS optimization for healers.

Another C41, we're becoming an UWU clear factory for new raiders. Stole the SS from someone else, had to run it on a shitty laptop and died to Ifrit in primal roulette because the W key didn't register. :')

Had a rando WHM (RDM) try to bully my WHM traineee friend (White), whom I'm helping learn to raid. Whole party didn't take it. Red WHM was upset that that White WHM wasn't "healing." I know this is cap because I didn't raise no glare mage. Log digging shows Red is upset bc White isn't Medica III'ing

Insane DMs from my friend leaving a reclear group with me after they demanded consistency and accepting mistakes but the healers, particularly the WHM, could not. I died twice to autos in P7 and the MT died to P6 autos after WB2. No healing going out = WHM not watching party bars.

Just left Llamatodd's FC because he's getting into alt-right politics on twitter. And with that, I think I'm permanently done with FCs and just going to go make my own solo one.
