The real issue is that the DOJ leadership botched the appointment process so badly that the whole case collapsed. That’s on the people who made the decision, not just the person they chose.

Absolutely. If there’s nothing to hide, then release the files. Transparency shouldn’t require this much pressure. A YES vote is the only logical move.
