If Trump wants 50-year mortgages, is he willing to issue 50-year Treasuries? I am willing to make a "bet" here. 50-year Treasuries will have a lower yield than 30-year Treasuries because the 50s will have far higher convexity then the 30s. Also, life insurers will eat them up.

Homeschooling is always superior to public schools, even in rich school districts like Howard County, MD. Tutoring is the best way to educate, plus unlike the public schools, you can eliminate bad pedagogy like non-phonics & the new new math. Teaching colleges have dopey ideas.
