The danger is that somebody uses this quackery as an excuse to demonise autistic or other neurodivergent people. Maybe someone like the present American health secretary.

For those who don’t know much about the circumstances of the Medals of Honor at Wounded Knee, it’d be a bit like if they gave out VCs for Amritsar or Bloody Sunday.
