Obviously someone has promised her $$ support but... that's the kind of thing that GOP does to lead someone on then they make it look like the candidate did something appalling or stupid or illegal and the $$ dries up and they look stupid. Voters feel let down and stay home.

Well... I think a lot of what was happening on Wall St before 2018 was nothing more than gambling. Derivatives seemed irresistable to some fund managers.

My DH has a coworker who is addicted to gambling. She gambles at work constantly on her phone. She has to work OT to pay for it and has nothing, living paycheck to paycheck and all her CCs maxxed out.
It needs to be illegal. It destroys people's lives.

So important and the conversation is being eclipsed by DC fraud and crime and disgusting behavior. We have to play the long game here... keep it in the public eye, constant and repeat of info (stats, stories, etc) and, eventually we'll need to come at it like it's polio or cancer... treat/prevent.
