I think the media is trying to work out is currently happening for migrants (being pushed back, driven underground, threatened with Guantanamo, working out which military plane is landing etc.) that they can’t also work on future threats which we hope won’t materialise?

And presumably not even logistically possible to house that many people (isn’t current capacity around 400?) plus staff, plus facilities plus contingencies for emergencies. Is this just designed to whip up a media frenzy?
