🎬 Immensely proud of this latest publication for @EvertonHeritage.

As you’d expect it was an absolute delight to be in Derek’s company and to hear his memories and stories.

Well worth an hour of your time

When’s a good time to admit that I brought DCL into my fantasy team this week on the belief he’d turned a corner?

Just imagine, Baines and Coleman win the FA Cup & parade it the following week before Goodison’s final ever game

All 3 strikers by the way. 0 shots. It’s not the players.

The managers position is untenable and has been for some time.
New owners have invested heavily in a premier league football club and there is one individual putting their finances at significant risk.
Surely. SURELY, they are competent in business matters if not football ones.

Lowest amount of goals scored in the ENTIRE country and ONLY Burton Albion have won fewer games than Everton in 2024. Staggering.
Ancelotti and James Rodrigues were a collective hallucination, weren’t they?

On the left, my image. On the right, the Al image that was clearly trained on, and designed to plagiarize, my image.

All Al generated imagery is inherently theft. It's unethical, environmentally disastrous, and does irreparable harm to both artists and society.

In a season of Goodison lasts, here’s the final time the sun will ever break through rain clouds at half time v Chelsea on a windy day in December.

A surreal but brilliant day today, being allowed access to document Goodison Park.

Especially on the day of a new dawn and hopefully a new life for the club.
An’ I’m feelin’ good.

As we see the back of Moshiri’s clan, I thought I’d share my hero and villain story that accompanied this photograph.

Seamus Coleman, celebrating in front of the empty seats of the Everton board.

St Luke’s is a treasure trove for Everton supporters and a vital community space on the corner of Goodison Park.

Efforts underway to raise money for much-needed work after a flood added to growing issues at the Blues landmark ⬇️

Don’t half feel for DCL. Didn’t deserve the hook there. We need to see players around him, he was passing to himself today & holding the ball up for ghosts. When broja gets the ball, will he have anyone with him?

Spent the day researching Everton’s 86/87 title winning team. Hard working, forward thinking, spirited and unified. Scoring wonderful goals and often winning by 3 or 4.
In the space of a minute I’ve gone from watching a silverware laden lap of honour to Dyche’s 12% possession plan. 😀🔫
