I've got a friend in the industry and it seems they have so much global demand for their services, eg. Installation of turbines, cables and maintenance that they can pick and choose the highest paying rates.

Perhaps Chinese companies will come in and compete and drive down prices again

My Suzuki Swift claimed 60mpg on the dash but driving from vapour to vapour a 40l tank would get me 440 miles and not over 500

I think I used 4m/KWh when my Kona gets 4.1 but that gives you 1.75p/KWh but rounded up to 2 🙂
