This is why we need to contact our representatives and express that obscenity laws/policies built around the concept of "obscenity" cannot be entertained, as it will be used as a bludgeon to attack any media those in power want, with no recourse.

Canadians! There is a petition to sign to protest Mastercard and Visa's control over the purchase of legal adult content. This is specifically about the Steam & itchio situation, but language protects adult creators.

This isn't like the average online petition btw, this is one of those things where if it gets enough signatures, the HOC absolutely must bring it to the floor for discussion. Incredibly important to get on this if you're Canadian.
