Wow, our contractors finished yesterday too! The kitchen is done but we still need to finish doing some painting and wood trim in the living room (which got lumped in since it also needed new flooring and old water damage repaired). And I agree about moving and the air bnb.

I have never heard that term and have no idea what it means. No clue if any museum I’ve ever been to has been accredited.

Yeah it’s ridiculous. But I’m truly in love with the contractor for doing this. He has stuck with us through 3 months of State Farm dragging their heels

I am looking forward to living vicariously! We are still trying to get more money from insurance for ours. The contractor and adjuster are currently like $1100 apart in their estimates, so hopefully we are getting close.
