As someone who’s been married 12+ years and both worked and stayed at home, I’ve come to the realization that there is always going to be some tension between partners about whose job is harder/had the harder day/needs a break, etc. Hopefully you can give each other grace/ empathy at end of the day

I came away from The Brutalist feeling both inspired and jealous, for both the protagonist of the film and the director have a singularity of vision I’m not sure I’ll ever have
