This is a very nice information to have, since I'm trying to "spread the verb" to try and reroute people back to 60 cards alternative formats!

Can I ask you a question regarding the available world in the formats: is there a possibility of expanding on the worlds, perhaps integrating New Phyrexia into the Phyrexian world?

They will draw 0 card. the colon (:) is positioned near the tap symbol, indicating that the burden counter is added only on The One Ring's ability resolution. If you respond to the tap by exiling the Ring, there will be nowhere to put the burden counter on, resulting in no cards being drawn.
