They will draw 0 card. the colon (:) is positioned near the tap symbol, indicating that the burden counter is added only on The One Ring's ability resolution. If you respond to the tap by exiling the Ring, there will be nowhere to put the burden counter on, resulting in no cards being drawn.
Aubrie taps their The One Ring, which currently has no burden counters on it, to draw a card. Before that resolves Nico casts Anguished Unmaking targeting The One Ring. How many cards does Aubrie draw when the activated ability resolves?
