Did the game have this notice?

Was something like what this dev received from itch also sent to your friend, or was this unrelated to this batch

Explanation was tos violation that dev has to prove otherwise

If I got a notice from itch, I would get an email unless I explicitly unchecked the box for receiving communication from itch. So this notice wasn't there at the removal?
