If you're talking about the Discovery feed, there is an option to "show less like this," You click on the three dots and choose that option each time you see an image that is not what you want in your timeline. It worked for me. There are tons of cats on Bluesky so eliminating by blocking is hard.

On the Discover feed there are 3 dots. Click on the three dots and you will see many options. One of them is: Show me more of this, OR, Show me less like this. Every time you see a cat, indicate "show me less," It is far more effective than trying to block cats of 30 million users.

Your new book sounds very interesting! Are you still distributing invite codes? If so, I have 5 more I'd be happy to email to you. If not, thanks for taking the project on and distributing however many you did!

Good suggestion! Thanks! (I'm going to delete the post now since I really just wanted your opinion and there is no DM function.)

Here's a gift link not behind paywall to article you requested. I wasn't sure from replies whether you had already received it, so this may be a duplicate. 🙂.

There are vast number of feeds. See column on left of desktop version: # Feeds. Each feed, under "About," has instructions. For example the "Birds," feed asks you to contact them for permission to post (once) and then says to add either #Birds or a feather 🪶 and your photo will appear there.

Yes, indeed! I live right across the street from the San Francisco Bay and the tides and the clouds always add a lovely mystical element to sunsets.

That's adorable! It does look a little like it wandered into unfamiliar territory and is trying to figure out what's going on!
