I accomplished something I set out to this year.

For 10 years chronic pain has kept me from working & I have started making a contribution to the household again with my crochet. It's not much, but I am starting to feel like a real person again

I mailed my first commissioned piece this morning.

I have spent the weeks since the "election" in deep meditation, self-education and planning additions I need to make to my mental health toolbox if I'm going to keep my shit together this time around.
