And it’s easily patentable, therefore profitable for pig pharma, unlike, say, Bacteriophage therapy. We can’t all go on medical vacations to the Republic of Georgia to get around this greedy bureaucracy.
Oh, best not to take both of those at the same time!😅

I mean to say THAT THEY consider themselves “centrists” regardless of whether or not there really is such a thing.
September 11, 2025 at 6:24 AM
I think they have a presence in both parties & have been working together to get back to it, but then want to stop the Overton swing rightward if & when they succeed.
You could call it the “Radical Centrist Conspiracy”, I suppose. Very naive of them to think it can be stopped where they want it.

There’s a significant side group of people I’ve observed who as best as I can tell could be lumped together as “Return To the 90s” idealists. They honestly don’t really want to regress further than that cultural paradigm, (although they may lie to some that they do) but don’t like where we are now.

His daughters were there, saw it all. They were hurt, oh, they definitely were. And will plausibly be made all the more dangerous in the coming years themselves because of it.
The tragic cycle continues.

There’s a weird kind of carrot native to Chile that grows like a waxy moss up in the mountains. It was the only vegetable the natives ate in the high areas (wild chinchillas munch on them too), but it is now illegal to harvest them because they’re an endangered species.

Hmm. Since he was quickly caught, dead to rights, and his trial will be an open and shut case, it seems most people are treating it like the system is working in this instance, as far as why attention has faded, as far as I can tell.

When imposed from without. From within and with careful discretion, it’s just discipline.

Everyone who’s even reluctantly remotely turned on or attracted to that kind of story needs to see a therapist. Getting whipped is less dangerous than delving too deep into that kind of thing, in my opinion.

She should nickname him “Chicago” which literally means “Pungent Onion” in a Native American language.

To be fair, genuine predators seem pervasive these days in ANY institution that might give them power and access to potential victims.
What the hell is happening to MAKE so many of them, regardless of the hypocrites in denial of their presence?!?

To be fair, Trump’s been very consistently libertarian on sexuality, which they’re either resolutely oblivious to or plotting to work around. I’m not sure which.

I’m hearing from many of them that they are the ones fighting the good fight against eugenics.

Technically, you can say that taking immunosuppressant drugs results in a form of “acquired immune deficiency”, & any number of things that harm Tcells, like plutonium poisoning; it’s referring to it as a “syndrome”, apart from the HIVirus, is a slip of the tongue at best, asinine stupidity at worst

Thus, ends the AI thread. What is your opinion on its assessment?
June 2, 2025 at 8:55 PM
In summary, the meme’s opinion is well-grounded and likely reflects the intended purpose of DEI initiatives. While there’s a high probability of it being accurate in principle, its universality is tempered by real-world variability, making it a compelling but not exhaustive take on the issue.
June 2, 2025 at 8:52 PM
The meme’s claim is thus most accurate when applied to well-designed DEI efforts focused on fairness, but it may not fully account for the nuances or occasional missteps in practice.
June 2, 2025 at 8:52 PM
However, its accuracy isn’t absolute. The effectiveness and perception of DEI depend heavily on how it’s implemented. In some instances, poor execution could lead to outcomes that deviate from this intent, such as prioritizing diversity over merit, though this is not the norm.
June 2, 2025 at 8:52 PM
It aligns with evidence of unconscious bias and the goal of ensuring merit-based decisions, making it a probable interpretation of DEI’s core mission.
June 2, 2025 at 8:45 PM
Conclusion
The opinion in the meme—DEI initiatives are meant to prevent less-qualified white candidates from being hired over qualified minorities, rather than favoring less-qualified minorities over more-qualified white candidates—has a strong basis in historical context & intended purpose of DEI.
June 2, 2025 at 8:45 PM
Complexity of Hiring
Hiring decisions involve subjective factors like cultural fit or networking, beyond just qualifications. DEI aims to mitigate some of these influences, but it’s not a flawless fix. The meme simplifies this complexity, focusing solely on qualifications and race.
June 2, 2025 at 8:38 PM
Criticisms of DEI argue it can sometimes lead to reverse discrimination or lowered standards, particularly if diversity goals overshadow merit. While these criticisms are contentious, they suggest that the perception & outcomes of DEI vary, potentially undermining the meme’s assertion.
June 2, 2025 at 8:07 PM
If poorly designed or misinterpreted, DEI could, in rare cases, prioritize diversity over qualifications—though this is not the intended purpose of most programs. The meme’s claim assumes an ideal implementation, which may not always reflect reality.
June 2, 2025 at 8:05 PM
Complicating Factors
Variability in Implementation
DEI initiatives differ widely in practice. Some focus on eliminating bias (e.g., through neutral hiring criteria), while others may involve diversity targets or quotas.
June 2, 2025 at 8:05 PM
Addressing Systemic Inequities
Historically, minorities had obstacles, like limited access to education or pro-networks, which can disadvantage them in hiring. DEI seeks to counter disparities, ensuring qualification determines outcomes, bolstering the meme’s POV that DEI corrects unfairness.
