There’s a weird kind of carrot native to Chile that grows like a waxy moss up in the mountains. It was the only vegetable the natives ate in the high areas (wild chinchillas munch on them too), but it is now illegal to harvest them because they’re an endangered species.

I’m more concerned with the “A Canticle For Leibowitz” circle on the verge of merging with the rest. It’s not overlapping any YET, but the rim is touching.
