They do! The line is called Colors of the World. Crayons, pencil crayons, markers.

I got a whole box of crayons in an array of skin tone shades in the shop at the Underground Railroad museum in Niagara Falls NY. They were made by Crayola. Maybe they make a marker set too.

Wow! Looks amazing. A must read!!! In Toronto I've seen signs in a few of our large urban parks that indicate it's a place where turtles are being protected by an Indigenous wildlife society whose name escapes me. The next time I'm there I'll have to note it to give credit where credit is due.
