The world is heading towards social chaos and climate catastrophe. One target should be having more leaders schooled in the humanities, sciences, and engineering than law and business;). That's a needed start.

We're near the edge of chaos, and still charging ahead. We have had corporations and some corporate media spreading disinformation, a controlled government, and the people. An educated public and some social institutions need to take the lead: Absent philosopher kings, it's up to public leaders.

If this leads to a profit-making enterprise, it’s just another rent-seeking activity. Surely important, but regulation of monopolists is critical, or an ever diminish number of individuals, and their corporations, will capture markets all markets.

It does highlight Japan’s recovery from Fukushima,in turn highlighting their rapid installation of new power sources. They begin teaching about climate science in primary school, when school trips would take them to high temperature garbage incinerators.

Certainly in places like the US, people won’t be able to discriminate. For any resistance, changing that will be critical.
