Okay so I ordered a Huion Kamvas 3 (Gen 3) (Sakura color!).
At the same time I hope I will like it, but not so much that I instantly regret not getting the 16" model 😅

I've found that if I have reference photos of rat with good lighting and shadow effects, I can do a better job🥺

Sold my car. Wondering if I should buy the colored led pencils I posted earlier or straight up buy a drawing tablet.
On the other hand I should not buy the _best_ model cuz Im a mere hobbyist, but on the other I dont want to buy a bad drawing tablet either 🤔😂
or I'll just stick with writing eh.

I've recognized one of my pitfalls as a story crafter and a writer is that I do not read enough. Like I'm so utterly picky about what I read that I feel it hurts my writing. so I need to fix that 😄

I've been studying hard for a year and soon it seems like I could get my masters, but what I'm really actually looking forward to is getting a job so I can finally enjoy reading again instead of it feeling like such work all the time.

Today my spouse and I went to this bookshop (mostly used books) as late valentines date.
What was amazing was that we bumped into her relatives from over 500km away and I found the next book in a series that was never really sold here and of which I only have the first three books.

After coming home from mandatory military, I remember one dark and rainy morning walking my dog and being soaking wet.
That single moment reminded me how much of my happiness simply comes from having a warm, dry home where I can change to dry clothes and drink hot chocolate after such morning.

Even though I dont post a lot here I kinda prefer Bluesky over the other platforms. Pretty much solely due to how positive and kind people are here. Or I have managed to curate my feed much better here as even the suggested feed is 99% people being happy and sharing things they love.
