I found a great use for pie dough left over from thanksgiving that I found in the freezer: tiny tart shells 😮

Easy pastry dough recipe, 3:2:1 ratio (by weight) of flour to butter OR margarine to cold water

Just imagine these bad boys filled with custard or eggs or spinach with cheese 😋

My kitchen antics today resulted in 2 homemade loaves of bread, a pile of chocolate ganache, and cola syrup. I feel so goddamn powerful.
