I see, fair point - didn't notice that this was linking to your article, which has a very different message compared to the newsletter blurb.

21/ Noch ein Fun Fact: Das Policy-Paper des BMWE hebt an verschiedenen Stellen die Bedeutung von #Technologieoffenheit hervor, Varianten des Begriffs werden auf 8 Seiten 8 mal genannt. Im EWI/BET-Gutachten taucht der Begriff auf 259 Seiten nur 1 einziges mal auf (außer in Szenarionamen der Studien).
