Anything we’d rather not fight someone for later — essentials, hard-to-find stuff, and a few "just in case" items, because we can't trust stupid tariffs or broken supply chains. If it’s essential, it’s getting hoarded — wishful thinking won't fill shelves.

Just bought a French door refrigerator with superb free delivery/installation. We buy almost all of our household staples from Costco.

No one can beat the quality/value of these items: 3 12 oz bags of Japanese matcha for $49, Kirkland frozen broccoli - great for when you run out of fresh veggies.
