Sorry to be annoying about this but I found this shocking so I went digging, couldn't actually find any sources backing this up. The US is still the top destination at 16%, and China is tied with Russia and SK at 3%. Unless I'm not looking at the right sources? www.iie.org/research-ini...

Saudi Arabia is a US client state, and Saddam received US arms and intel during his war with Iran. Also, the CIA helped the MI6 with the Mossadegh coup. America IS bad and its influence in MENA has been nearly entirely malign. Doesn't mean the Russians are innocent, but explains this:
