It seems that mutual aid has become a thing of the past. 😫We have been trying to raise funds to reconnect our electricity for several days We spent all the money we had on our property tax to avoid any liens. We don‘t have electricity ⚡️ until we can pay it in full.

we are extremely frustrated because most resources that are sent to non profit organization almost never go back into the community. The nonprofit sector works like a busines. We are seeing this in our own communities that are nonprofit. This is why trans people are not getting the resources

This is a real issue and it is severe it is a high scale and people are tired of it. If it doesn't change immediately it will become non irreversible. People remember when the suffering is happening and that runs deep

They're miserable because the outpouring of support for trans existence and trans people has shattered the stories they tell themselves about people being 'cowed by the trans lobby', and the idea that we'll simply recloset ourselves if they make transitioning 'too hard'.
