At this point I kind of want to go back to 1800 and give it another chance. The ubi launcher is annoying though.

I don't know if there are significant practical hurdles, but the answer they've given previously is more or less "we don't wanna"

It doesn't even really look like the right shape. I know there's no perfect 2D projection but it seems like you could improve this particular area a lot without having to change the surroundings too much.

It seems like maybe they went with kind of the "Banana projection" strategy from Imperator, but it doesn't work that well if the camera doesn't rotate as you move East.

Literally me 45 minutes into watching someone use sunken trees to create additional custom foliage one plant at a time
If you're like, "I'm gonna place hundreds of colored lights individually all along my fence to make it look exactly like the movie, but then if there's a breakout they're just kind of floating there because it's not actually part of the fence object" we're kind of playing two different games.
