Might still enter either/or, pump/DDR if I can get there by Friday morning and have the whole day off. Which is possible for a couple of the big tournaments at least. My role didn't even have paid vacation at all until like a year ago so I'm kinda lucky I joined when I did haha

Yeah I think waterfall is generally better for people who don't play as much and don't have a shot at winning and are free on Fridays lol. Compared to double elim, where you're gonna play like 4 songs against top 8 opponents and be out. Gauntlet is fun in its own way too. Just have to prioritize.

It's not even that I literally haven't gotten to play pump at all lol. And DDR I think I sort of barely squeaked in because someone made an exception and delayed it or something. It feels like Friday is a core tournament day now and if you don't have the full day off rip u

welcome back haha. I'm thinking of going the opposite route and limiting myself more. Realistically I'm not getting anything out of entering pump and DDR, and playing a grand total of 2 songs between the last 3 tournaments I've entered.

Not really spoilers if you haven't played it but Verso's entrance in E33 does that for me but adds a layer of suspicion to it too that's cool. Like who is this guy and why is he here NOW and does this relate at all to what just happened

My personal fave is petting the foxes in ghost of tsushima, but if we're limited to games actually made in 2025 then I'll go with Shooting The Annoying Flying Enemy That Dodges Everything In The Face in expedition 33

I've passed like 2-3 11s and I think 1 12(?? maybe, I forget it's been a while) on respect and it's super fun. Never got into kb tho, the PS5 controller just feels too goated to me to try to learn a different layout
