I didn’t think they would come back after the first recess!
This makes me angry because at NOAA, every single spending action - contract loads, grants, purchasing, EVERYTHING has to be signed by Lutnick right now. And he has signed nothing coming out of NOAA. Contract staff have had to be furloughed, and it is crippling the agency. And he’s on talk shows!!!
