"[his new pub name] est. 2025 - great craic, great pints, great host" and we walked up to his pub after book club last month and gave it to him. And he's just texted one of the girls a photo and he's hung it right on the front door 🥹🥹🥹

(this is Ireland so obviously there are a multitude of pubs in every town) but he was so good to us for those couple of years we were there (didn't charge for the space, always made us tea) that we wanted to give him a thank you gift, so we all chipped in to get this wooden plaque that says
