I use an app called “me again” to track my water, protein, fiber intake and activity every day. If I did not track it, I would not eat enough at all because the food noise is gone and I am not hungry.
If you keep going this way, without eating, you will lose more muscle and get weaker.

Difference between 2005 in New Orleans/ Mississippi and 2025 is that now the rest of the country should know by now their government would abandon them in their time of greatest need too.

Now that you mention this.. my husband wants to move from NEw Orleans to Baltimore and I want to just go ahead and move back to Germany. What say you?

I delayed starting it for about a year because I was nervous about side effects too. I wish I had started a year ago. I’d be at my goal weight already!

If you hate nausea take Tirzepatide (Mounjaro/ Zepbound) instead of Semaglutide. Less side effects. I’ve been on it for 4 months now, zero side effects. Lost about 5-6 lbs per month.

As someone who saw the aftermath of Katrina on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and in New Orleans, this decision by FEMA is going to kill people who would have otherwise survived in the next disasters to come

I watched it all, and then I read the book. The first season of the show follows the book 90%. Then the next 4 seasons of the show were written for tv. I also can’t wait until The Testaments to come out on tv
