I am in the second half of my 30’s and my old neighbor really just said I was so beautiful and all grown up. Nothing like having a group of women in their 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s constantly hyping me up 😭

Yesterday morning I was already having a rough morning, and then I lost 3/4 of my green juice on my rug and myself. I went to shake it and the cap was just sitting on top. Feeling especially old and grateful that my washing machine could handle the job of salvaging what I thought was a lost cause. 🥹

Waterfront in Everett was so pretty today!

I’ve realized that there are those who care consistently and those who only care when they’re forced to. Navigating relationships with people who have little emotional depth is draining and disappointing.

One of the worst days I’ve ever experienced happened today, two years ago.

I got up early for my daily waterfront walk and came back to the apartment feeling energized. I immediately noticed my cat Jackie was in the same spot as when I said bye to her 1.5 hrs previously.

Me: did you hear that?
A- yeah it sounded like tires spinning out or an electric screwdriver.
S- you mean a power drill? 😆

Early dinner at Chieftain, and now I’m wrapped up in a heated blanket watching Ender’s Game.
