The more time I spend around EDS folks, the more I learn just how little I can gather from just reading literature alone.
My knee's been 'tweaking' for years. Normally I just wiggle my patella around a bit and deal with the pain. An EDS friend looked it like 🧐 you know that's a sublux, right?
