Jonathan Ross, the ICE agent who fatally shot Renee Good in Minneapolis was not fit for duty, who suffered from PTSD from a incident on June 2025. The prior trauma doesn't excuse his actions by making sure he was in front of the car to shoot Renee Good in the face, then he shot her twice after.
