I’ve been in labour law for almost 20 years and “proactive subtraction” is the best euphemism for firing I’ve heard yet. Never change, Ross.
Asked about the Blue Jays’ coaching staff, Ross Atkins says there will be “no proactive subtractions” or major changes in role.

I was prepared for disappointment going into the series, but I wasn’t really prepared for the Jays thoroughly outplaying the Dodgers and losing anyway.

I was prepared for disappointment going into the series, but I wasn’t really prepared for the Jays thoroughly outplaying the Dodgers and losing anyway.
