I’m glad there are now better “rules” around it. My first paper on “pollution of the earth’s orbital environment” was researched back in 1993 with microfiche. The laws that actually govern space are maritime and old. I haven’t followed up - I’m an airline pilot now. I follow out of fascination now!

I can’t recall the name but a contractor to the US Government. It was a test to see how fast they could mobilize for some purpose. A little vague on the details.
