It will be six weeks on Sunday since my partner went into hospital. They are now medically cleared but now have a feeding tube implanted into the stomach. New carers who are trained on it are needed to be in place before they can come home. Hopefully next week 🤞

Yay, had physio today and I’ve gone from 70 degrees to 130 degrees of movement in my knee and also got more exercises of course lol

I walked to my dads place without my brace on and just my crutch. Just building strength now (walking back with it on until I feel able). When I can walk both ways without my brace easily, I’ll be doing it without my crutch, I haven’t walked that distance with a mobility aid in years

So what I been up to in the last year and change. I’ve been caring for my partner as usual, got a steam deck (great fun), and oh yeah had life changing surgery. I could be recovering from this for up to year but it’s made a huge difference to my pain levels in the nearly 3 months.
