Company that I worked for saw a presentation about using AI for troubleshooting over the phone. The takeaway we got is if your company is really bad a customer support it will make it slightly better, but if your company is even basically competent it will make customer support way worse.

What worries me more is the DNC following the republicans to the right. Biden, policy-wise, is basically somewhere around Reagan, while the current GOP is to the right of Timothy McVeigh.

It’s the classic DNC failure- they root for the republicans to choose the worst most extreme person, thinking that will alienate people that would vote Republican, and then the rank and file republicans just get worse and more extreme to match their leadership.
