I mean, the danger isn't so much being literally illiterate, it's being functionally illiterate. Which, as a writing tutor for community college students, I see a fair bit of. Students can read a passage out loud to me but have zero comprehension of the words they just read.

Musk is flagrantly violating Wisconsin law, literally seeking to buy an election.
Arresting and holding him as a flight risk would be a statement the the #RuleOfLaw matters in WI and applies to all.
