Have you taken your meds and/or hydrated enough today? If not, this is your reminder.

"Clot" should be the accepted terminology

Hell yeah. Reading some of those in the last 24 hours has ended up in far too many cases with me feeling like a real-life embodiment of the confused-looking man in the "What Did I Just Read" meme.

Thief: The Dark Ages. First real stealth game i ever played and it pretty much defined the genre. It is arguably probably directly responsible for every rogue/assassin character i ever subsequently played in an RPG/TTRPG, upon discovering how fun stealthing around can be in my early teens.

In the framework of how this country was formed, and for, frankly, pretty much all of its post-indigenous history, I feel like we shouldn't be shocked by this.

Mine keeps autocorrecting "and" to "amd" for no logical reason.

I worked in public libraries for 20 years; I'm compiling an entire book of them. What convinced me to quit was a drunk guy threatening to use a grocery bag full of (presumably his) pee like a flail on staff if we thought he was crazy, then hurling it @ the wall when we asked him to dispose of it.

You've made it to the big leagues, now. "Notice me, Chiitan".

What's the minimum loaf length to not be considered a short-bunned assault loaf?

Don't get so wrapped up in celebrating that you forget to inject today! If nothing else, just to spite old Pine Overcoat Dick.

I have not thought about DA magazine in many, many years. I used to get pretty excited when it would arrive in the mail, though, because flipping through that would just be my whole afternoon following its arrival.

TBF, I am reasonably sure he'd be every bit as likely to do that as he would be to actually be the guy heading up the black-clad goon squad that pulls up in the middle of the night to load the aforementioned neighbors up into the next train car. He's obviously got delusional power fantasies.

I'd honestly rather live next door to a house full of hardworking immigrants than one MAGAt, and I say this as someone who does own a house. I have neighbors who have multiple folks living in one home, and I have neighbors who drank the orange kool-aid. Guess which one causes me more concern?

Is that where we roam the neighborhood looking for houses that have candy buckets set out, paw through it for the best pieces, and,if we're interrupted, hiss at whoever dared disturb us?

That sling fragment looks identical to a form still used/made today by the people of the Balearic Islands, and looks to be made from a similar or identical form of natural plant-based cordage, which is fascinating to me as an archaeological enthusiast and slinger.
