Surely, housework is never the answer after attempting. It's my go to procrastination when there's a hard scene to get through lol

I agree. It's an absolute dog fight in everything to do with it. I don't necessarily want it easy, as everyone would be a bestseller, but you're right, fighting for scraps is how it feels.

Even if you get an agent or are published, there's chance of being dropped. No more finding your audience

Fantastic. Would love to catch up with you and the other Glasgow writers

I agree. It was a lot quieter than I expected, but in a say that made it more appealing as there was no rushing around, everyone was chilled out. I may have fan-boyed at Charlie Higson, but at least i didn't regurgitate his catchphrases back at him.

Would definitely go again. Top review :)

I found the refugee psychics plot was OK when I watched it at the time. I haven't gone back and sat through it since, so I don't know if it holds up.

I rewatched seasons 1-4 though and they're great, even for giving off ultimate 90s vibe

An allegory of life, eh?

I know what you mean. The innsmouth scenario is one of my favourites and that is very "firey"
