If we are going to put "conditions" on disaster aid for wildfire prone states, how about putting a condition on Gulf states. Maybe a hurricane wall along beaches to prevent storm surge.
But the GOP won't because that's not feasible.

I was the 10th woman in the Navy in my job and first deployment with the carrier Abraham Lincoln when they opened combat roles for women in 1994, deployed in 1995.
30 years of women proving ourselves. Pete Hegseth was 14 when I was deployed. 30 years of women, in combat.
