How do animals decide whether to approach or avoid objects or situations that have both +ve & -ve valence? This study shows that glutamatergic projections from vCA1 to NAc regulate these approach decisions in mice, especially re motivational conflict 🧪 @plosbiology.org plos.io/3WAWBej
